Where is the fuse for the folding mirror on the 2003 H2 Hummer?

I am trying to trouble shoot why they will not fold in anymore. I replaced the switch but that did not fix it. I have not been able to locate the fuse/relay for that specifically.|||There are no fuse for the mirror. The actuator might got stuck. If you can't get it, replace the assembly.
